Nos \u00faltimos 21 anos o Curta 8 tem promovido a produ\u00e7\u00e3o, exibi\u00e7\u00e3o, divulga\u00e7\u00e3o e premia\u00e7\u00e3o de filmes em super 8, al\u00e9m de resgatar a mem\u00f3ria da produ\u00e7\u00e3o cinematogr\u00e1fica produzida nesta bitola no Brasil e no mundo.<\/p><p><strong>2 \u2013 Das Inscri\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p><p>A inscri\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 feita somente atrav\u00e9s do site\u00a0<strong>curta8.com.br<\/strong>\u00a0e cada participante pode inscrever ao todo at\u00e9 3 (tr\u00eas) filmes produzidos em super 8 em quaisquer das 2 (duas) categorias abaixo (ver detalhamento no item 3 do edital):<\/p><ol><li><strong>Filme Super-8 \u2013 Tomada \u00danica<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Filme Super-8 \u2013 Finalizado\/editado<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>2.1 \u2013 A competitiva da edi\u00e7\u00e3o 2026 do \u201cCurta 8 \u2013 Festival Internacional de Cinema Super 8 de Curitiba\u201d abrange tanto as produ\u00e7\u00f5es de todo o territ\u00f3rio brasileiro, quanto as advindas de outros pa\u00edses.<\/p><p>2.2 \u2013 S\u00f3 poder\u00e3o participar da competitiva, filmes produzidos\u00a0<strong>a partir de\u00a02024<\/strong>\u00a0e que n\u00e3o tenham sido exibidos em edi\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores do Curta 8. Todavia, os filmes conclu\u00eddos em data anterior a 2024 poder\u00e3o se inscrever e participar fora de competi\u00e7\u00e3o, caso selecionados pela curadoria.<\/p><p>2.3 \u2013 O uso excessivo de efeitos digitais na montagem, que descaracterize ou mesmo impossibilite saber se o trabalho \u00e9 originalmente filmado em super 8 pode invalidar a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>2.4 \u2013 Para filmes que contenham di\u00e1logos, legendas ou qualquer conte\u00fado de texto em l\u00edngua diferente da portuguesa, e cuja compreens\u00e3o destes seja imprescind\u00edvel para o entendimento do filme, ser\u00e1 solicitado que o realizador envie a lista das legendas em portugu\u00eas ou em uma das seguintes l\u00ednguas: ingl\u00eas ou espanhol. A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Curta 8 se compromete apenas em traduzir as legendas para o portugu\u00eas, caso estejam em outro idioma.<\/p><p>2.5 \u2013 Os filmes passar\u00e3o por avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do conte\u00fado para eventual orienta\u00e7\u00e3o do p\u00fablico presente nas sess\u00f5es, caso o material contenha cenas impr\u00f3prias para determinadas faixas et\u00e1rias. Tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 verificado se os filmes atendem \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00ednimas estabelecidas neste regulamento para cada tipo de finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 os filmes que n\u00e3o atenderem a estes requisitos n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o exibidos.<\/p><p>2.6 \u2013 Ap\u00f3s a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do festival, os filmes finalizados em pel\u00edcula estar\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis para devolu\u00e7\u00e3o aos realizadores presentes no \u00faltimo dia do festival. Aos realizadores que apresentarem filmes em pel\u00edcula e que n\u00e3o estejam presentes na cerim\u00f4nia de premia\u00e7\u00e3o, os filmes ser\u00e3o devolvidos via correio. Os filmes realizados nas oficinas de tomada \u00fanica n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o devolvidos e far\u00e3o parte do acervo do Curta 8, contudo a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do festival poder\u00e1 fornecer a c\u00f3pia destes filmes a t\u00edtulo de empr\u00e9stimo aos realizadores que queiram digitaliz\u00e1-los por conta pr\u00f3pria. Os trabalhos enviados em formato digital n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o devolvidos e tamb\u00e9m far\u00e3o parte do acervo do festival.<\/p><p>2.7 \u2013 Os formul\u00e1rios de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis no site\u00a0<strong>curta8.com.br<\/strong>, devendo ser preenchidos e enviados pela internet at\u00e9 as datas especificadas para cada categoria no item 3 deste edital.<\/p><p>2.8 \u2013 A inscri\u00e7\u00e3o somente ser\u00e1 efetivada mediante a entrega do filme, seja pela internet (para os filmes finalizados em digital), em m\u00e3os ou por servi\u00e7o postal com registro de envio (para os filmes finalizados em pel\u00edcula e para os filmes realizados em tomada \u00fanica) dentro dos prazos definidos para cada categoria. Para os filmes enviados atrav\u00e9s de servi\u00e7o postal, ser\u00e1 considerada a data de postagem. No caso do envio em data pr\u00f3xima ao t\u00e9rmino das inscri\u00e7\u00f5es, sugerimos a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o postal expresso para evitar atrasos na entrega.<\/p><ul><li><strong>\u2013 Das Categorias<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3.1 FILME SUPER-8 \u2013 TOMADA \u00daNICA<\/strong><\/p><p>3.1.1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 O Curta 8 promover\u00e1 nos dias <strong>23 e 24 de maio de 2026<\/strong>, sua oficina de cinema em super 8, que ser\u00e1 ministrada pelo diretor e produtor Pedro Merege.<\/p><p>Nela os 20 participantes selecionados ter\u00e3o todas as instru\u00e7\u00f5es hist\u00f3ricas e t\u00e9cnicas sobre super 8, bem como orienta\u00e7\u00f5es de manuseio de c\u00e2meras e filmes. Ap\u00f3s a oficina ainda poder\u00e3o tirar d\u00favidas, de forma remota, com o oficineiro. Posteriormente receber\u00e3o cartuchos de pel\u00edcula super 8 e ter\u00e3o \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o uma c\u00e2mera para realizar seus filmes. As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es acontecem at\u00e9\u00a0<strong>18 de maio de 2026<\/strong>\u00a0exclusivamente pelo link\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/curta8.com.br\/?page_id=3365\"><strong>https:\/\/curta8.com.br\/inscricoes<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><ul><li>Os roteiros\/ideias ser\u00e3o selecionados pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Curta 8, e n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o ter conte\u00fado pol\u00edtico partid\u00e1rio ou discriminat\u00f3rio de qualquer natureza (religi\u00e3o, g\u00eanero, etnia, cor, orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual, defici\u00eancias, classe social e regionalismos).<\/li><li>Ser\u00e3o priorizadas nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o proposta de filmes que prevejam, parcial ou totalmente, a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da trilha sonora e\/ou performance ao vivo no dia de exibi\u00e7\u00e3o no Festival.<\/li><li>A Edi\u00e7\u00e3o 2026 da Oficina do Curta 8 ter\u00e1 tr\u00eas categorias de participa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/li><\/ul><p>a \u2013 Filmes Tomada \u00danica tem\u00e1tica livre (um cartucho por filme). Com 12 filmes;<\/p><p>b \u2013 Filmes Tomada \u00danica clipes musicais (um cartucho por filme). Com 3 filmes;<\/p><p>c &#8211; Filme Tomada \u00danica com tem\u00e1tica shakespeareana (um cartucho). Com 1 filme;<\/p><p>c \u2013 Filmes Editados \u2013 tem\u00e1tica livre (dois cartuchos). Com 2 filmes.<\/p><ul><li>Os participantes receber\u00e3o a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o por e-mail, al\u00e9m de terem os nomes publicados no site e redes sociais do festival at\u00e9 o dia\u00a0<strong>21 de maio de 2026<\/strong>. Ap\u00f3s a oficina, os realizadores ter\u00e3o aproximadamente sete semanas para produzir seus filmes (\u00e0 exce\u00e7\u00e3o dos filmes editados, que ter\u00e3o prazos diferenciados, tendo em vista a revela\u00e7\u00e3o e a digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos mesmos, para posterior edi\u00e7\u00e3o). Cada realizador dever\u00e1 utilizar um \u00fanico cartucho de filme super 8, que ter\u00e1 que ser editado na pr\u00f3pria c\u00e2mera, no pr\u00f3prio ato de filmar, sendo permitido o uso de qualquer efeito fotogr\u00e1fico manipulado durante a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o. Por\u00e9m, o filme n\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser revelado pelo realizador. Depois de filmar, o cartucho e a filmadora dever\u00e3o ser entregues em m\u00e3os ou enviado para o endere\u00e7o da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o (ver item 4) at\u00e9 o dia <strong>13 de julho de 2026<\/strong>. Ap\u00f3s o recebimento do cartucho, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Curta 8 se responsabilizar\u00e1 por envi\u00e1-lo para o laborat\u00f3rio e reserva-se o direito de projetar ou n\u00e3o os filmes revelados, sejam quais forem seus resultados (os realizadores inscritos ou convidados aceitam desde j\u00e1 estes termos e declaram-se cientes de que seus filmes podem ser projetados mesmo sem nenhuma imagem revelada). Reiteramos que a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Curta 8 se responsabiliza apenas por encaminhar o material filmado a um laborat\u00f3rio especializado para revelar o filme, n\u00e3o respondendo por erros na fotometria ou quaisquer outros problemas na manipula\u00e7\u00e3o do filme, sendo esses de total responsabilidade dos participantes. O resultado dos filmes \u00e9 sempre uma surpresa, tanto para o p\u00fablico como para os realizadores, que assistem ao filme pela primeira vez durante o festival. A trilha sonora do filme tamb\u00e9m fica sob responsabilidade dos realizadores, que poder\u00e3o mont\u00e1-la em um CD ou MP3 para ser tocado junto com a proje\u00e7\u00e3o, ou poder\u00e3o usar recursos de sonoriza\u00e7\u00e3o ao vivo como: dublagens, instrumentos musicais, etc., ficando estes a crit\u00e9rio dos realizadores quando da exibi\u00e7\u00e3o. No caso da execu\u00e7\u00e3o de instrumentos, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do festival dever\u00e1 ser consultada previamente para certificar-se dos recursos dispon\u00edveis, como cabos, amplificadores, microfones, etc.<\/li><\/ul><p>Veja algumas dicas para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do filme no tutorial da aba \u201c<strong>Filmando em super 8<\/strong>\u201d, no site do Curta 8.<\/p><p><strong>3.2 FILME SUPER-8 \u2013 FINALIZADO\/EDITADO<\/strong><\/p><p>3.2.1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Nessa categoria ser\u00e3o aceitas inscri\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9\u00a0<strong>13<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>de julho de 2026<\/strong>\u00a0de filmes super 8 com no m\u00e1ximo 15 minutos de dura\u00e7\u00e3o e que tenham sido posteriormente editados diretamente na pel\u00edcula ou de forma digital. No caso de filme finalizado em pel\u00edcula, o realizador dever\u00e1 certificar-se de que a montagem esteja em perfeitas condi\u00e7\u00f5es para exibi\u00e7\u00e3o. O festival n\u00e3o se responsabilizar\u00e1 por qualquer dano causado na pel\u00edcula, sendo responsabilidade do realizador certificar-se de que as emendas foram feitas com o devido cuidado para n\u00e3o encobrir as perfura\u00e7\u00f5es. O \u00e1udio destes filmes poder\u00e1 ser executado a partir de pista magn\u00e9tica aplicada na pel\u00edcula, execu\u00e7\u00e3o de CD ou MP3 durante a proje\u00e7\u00e3o, ou sonoriza\u00e7\u00e3o ao vivo com dublagens e\/ou execu\u00e7\u00e3o de instrumentos musicais. No caso da execu\u00e7\u00e3o de instrumentos, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do festival dever\u00e1 ser consultada previamente para certificar-se dos recursos dispon\u00edveis, como cabos, amplificadores, microfones, etc. Os filmes finalizados em pel\u00edcula dever\u00e3o ser enviados via servi\u00e7o postal expresso para o endere\u00e7o do festival (ver item 4), com data de recebimento at\u00e9\u00a0<strong>27<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>de julho de 2026<\/strong>.<\/p><p>No caso<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>de filmes em que o realizador tenha digitalizado o material filmado originalmente em super 8, s\u00f3 ser\u00e3o aceitos arquivos exclusivamente nos formatos .mov ou .mp4, codec H264, NTSC, com no m\u00e1ximo 20GB de tamanho. O realizador dever\u00e1 disponibilizar no devido campo do formul\u00e1rio de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o o link para\u00a0<strong>visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o com download liberado<\/strong>\u00a0em plataforma tipo Youtube, Vimeo ou similar, com ou sem senha de acesso exclusivo, n\u00e3o sendo aceito o envio do material pelo servi\u00e7o postal convencional. \u00c9 responsabilidade do realizador certificar-se de que a c\u00f3pia da obra esteja em perfeitas condi\u00e7\u00f5es e n\u00e3o apresente problemas de execu\u00e7\u00e3o em reprodutores convencionais de m\u00eddias digitais. Over the past 21 years, Short 8 has promoted the production, exhibition, promotion and awarding of films in super 8, in addition to rescuing the memory of cinematographic production produced in this gauge in Brazil and worldwide.<\/p><p><strong>2 \u2013 Registration<\/strong><\/p><p>The registration is made only through the website\u00a0<strong>curta8.com.br<\/strong>\u00a0and each participant can register a total of up to 3 (three) films produced in super 8 in any of the 2 (two) categories below (see details in item 3 of the notice) :<\/p><ol><li><strong>Super-8 Film \u2013 Single Take (Workshop)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Super-8 Film \u2013 Finished\/Edited<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>2.1 \u2013 The competitive of the 2026 edition of \u201cShort 8 \u2013 International Film Festival Super 8 of Curitiba\u201d covers both productions from all over the Brazilian territory, as well as those from other countries.<\/p><p>2.2 \u2013 Only films\u00a0<strong>produced from 2024<\/strong>\u00a0and which have not been shown in previous editions of Short 8 can participate in the competitive competition. However, films concluded\u00a0<strong>before 2024<\/strong>\u00a0may apply and participate outside the competition, if selected by the curators.<\/p><p>2.3 \u2013 The excessive use of digital effects in the montage, which mischaracterizes or even makes it impossible to know if the work is originally filmed in super 8, can invalidate the registration.<\/p><p>2.4 \u2013 For films that contain dialogues, subtitles or any text content in a language other than Portuguese, and whose understanding of these is essential for understanding the film, the director will be asked to send the list of subtitles in Portuguese or in one of the following languages : English or Spanish. The organization of Short 8 is only committed to translate subtitles into Portuguese, if they are in another language.<\/p><p>2.5 \u2013 The films will undergo content evaluation for possible guidance by the audience present in the sessions, if the material contains scenes inappropriate for certain age groups. It will also be checked if the films meet the minimum conditions established in this regulation for each type of finalization \u2013 films that do not meet these requirements will not be shown.<\/p><p>2.6 \u2013 After the festival takes place, the finished films will be available for return to the filmmakers present on the last day of the festival. To directors who present films on film and who are not present at the awards ceremony, the films will be returned via post. The films made in the single-take workshops will not be returned and will be part of the Short 8 collection, however the festival organization may provide a copy of these films as a loan to filmmakers who want to digitize them on their own. The works sent in digital format will not be returned and will also be part of the festival\u2019s collection.<\/p><p>2.7 \u2013 The registration forms are available on the website\u00a0<strong>curta8.com.br<\/strong>, and must be filled out and sent over the Internet by the dates specified for each category in item 3 of this notice.<\/p><p>2.8 \u2013 Registration will only be effected upon the delivery of the film, either over the internet (for films finished in digital), in hands or by postal service with record of sending (for films finished in film and for films made in a single take) within the deadlines defined for each category. For films sent via postal service, the date of posting will be considered. In the case of sending on a date close to the end of registration, we suggest the use of express postal service to avoid delays in delivery.<\/p><p><strong>3 \u2013 Categories<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>3.1 SUPER-8 FILM \u2013 SINGLE TAKE<\/strong><\/p><p>3.1.1. Short 8 will promote on\u00a0the<strong>\u00a023th and 24th of May<\/strong>, its cinema workshop in super 8, which will be taught by director and producer Pedro Merege. In it, the 20 selected participants will have all the historical and technical instructions on super 8, as well as guidelines for handling cameras and films. After the workshop, they will still be able to ask questions, remotely, with the workshop worker. Subsequently they will receive a super 8 film cartridge and will have at their disposal a camera to make their films. Registration takes place until\u00a0<strong>May 18 de 2026<\/strong>\u00a0exclusively through the link\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/curta8.com.br\/?page_id=3365\"><strong>https:\/\/curta8.com.br\/inscricoes<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><p>3.1.2. The scripts \/ ideas will be selected by the organization of Short 8, and cannot have partisan or discriminatory political content of any nature (religion, gender, ethnicity, color, sexual orientation, disabilities, social class and regionalism).<\/p><p>3.1.3. Priority in the workshop will be given to films that include, partially or completely, the execution of the soundtrack and\/or live performance on the day of screening at the Festival.<\/p><p>3.1.4. The 2026 Edition of Workshop will have three participation categories:<\/p><p>a \u2013 Free themed Single Take Films (one cartridge per film). With 12 films;<\/p><p>b \u2013 Single Take Films and music clips (one cartridge per film). With 3 films;<\/p><p>c \u2013 Single Take Film\u00a0with a Shakespearean theme (one cartridge per film). With 1 film;<\/p><p>d \u2013 Edited Films \u2013 free theme (two cartridges). With 2 films.<\/p><p>3.1.5. Participants will receive confirmation by e-mail, in addition to having the names published on the festival\u2019s website until\u00a0<strong>May 21, 2026<\/strong>. After the workshop, the directors will have approximately four weeks to produce their films. Each director must use a single cartridge of super 8 film, which will have to be edited on the camera itself, in the act of filming, being allowed the use of any photographic effect manipulated during the exhibition. However, the film should not be developed by the director. After filming, the cartridge and camcorder must be delivered by hand or sent to the organization\u2019s address (see item 4) by\u00a0<strong>July 13, 2026<\/strong>. After receiving the cartridge, the organization of Short 8 will be responsible for sending it to the laboratory and reserves the right to project or not the developed films, whatever their results (the registered filmmakers) or guests accept these terms now and declare themselves aware that their films can be projected even without any image developed). We reiterate that the organization of Short 8 is responsible only for forwarding the filmed material to a specialized laboratory to develop the film, not responding for errors in photometry or any other problems in handling the film, these being the sole responsibility of the participants. The result of the films is always a surprise, both for the audience and for the filmmakers, who watch the film for the first time during the festival. The film\u2019s soundtrack is also under the responsibility of the filmmakers, who will be able to assemble the soundtrack on a CD or MP3 to be played along with the projection, or they will be able to use live sounding features such as voiceovers, musical instruments, etc. at the discretion of the directors when showing. In the case of playing instruments, the festival organization should be consulted in advance to make sure of the available resources, such as cables, amplifiers, microphones, etc.<\/p><p>See some tips for making the film in the tutorial in the \u201cFilming in super\u201d tab on the Curta 8 website.<\/p><p><strong>3.2 SUPER-8 FILM \u2013 FINISHED\/EDITED<\/strong><\/p><p>3.2.1. In this category, applications will be accepted until\u00a0<strong>July 13, 2026<\/strong>\u00a0for super 8 films with a maximum of 15 minutes in length and which have subsequently been edited directly into the film or digitally. In the case of finished film, the director must make sure that the assembly is in perfect condition for exhibition. The festival will not be responsible for any damage caused to the film, being the director\u2019s responsibility to make sure that the amendments were made with due care not to cover the perforations. The audio of these films can be played from a magnetic track applied to the film, playing a CD or MP3 during the projection, or live sound with dubbing and \/ or playing musical instruments. In the case of playing instruments, the festival organization should be consulted in advance to make sure of the available resources, such as cables, amplifiers, microphones, etc. Films finished on film must be sent via express postal service to the address of the festival (see item 4) until\u00a0<strong>July 27, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p><p>In the case of films in which the director has digitized the material originally filmed in super 8, only files in .mov or .mp4 format, codec H264, NTSC, with a maximum size of 20GB will be accepted. The director must provide the link for viewing with download released on a YouTube, Vimeo or similar platform, with or without exclusive access password, in the due field of the registration form, with the sending of the material by the conventional postal service not being accepted. It is the director\u2019s responsibility to make sure that the copy of the work is in perfect condition and does not present problems of execution in conventional digital media players. Excessive use of digital effects in the montage, which mischaracterizes or even makes it impossible to know if the work is originally filmed in super 8, may invalidate the registration.<\/p><p>3.2.2. En los \u00faltimos 21 a\u00f1os, el Curta 8 ha promovido la producci\u00f3n, exhibici\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n y premiaci\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas en super 8, adem\u00e1s de rescatar la memoria de la producci\u00f3n cinematogr\u00e1fica producida en este formato en Brasil y en todo el mundo.<\/p><p><strong>2 \u2013 Registro<\/strong><\/p><p>El registro se realiza solo a trav\u00e9s del sitio web\u00a0<strong>curta8.com.br<\/strong>\u00a0y cada participante puede registrar un total de hasta 3 (tres) pel\u00edculas producidas en super 8 en cualquiera de las 2 (dos) categor\u00edas a continuaci\u00f3n (ver detalles en el elemento 3 del aviso):<\/p><ol><li><strong>Pel\u00edcula Super-8 \u2013 Toma \u00danica (taller)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Pel\u00edcula Super-8 \u2013 Terminado\/Editado (pel\u00edcula o digital)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>2.1 \u2013 El concurso de la edici\u00f3n 2026 de \u201cCurta 8 \u2013 Festival Internacional de Cine Super 8 en Curitiba\u201d abarca tanto producciones de todo el territorio brasile\u00f1o como tambi\u00e9n las de otros pa\u00edses.<br \/>2.2 \u2013 Solo las pel\u00edculas producidas despu\u00e9s de 2024 y que no se hayan mostrado en ediciones anteriores del Curta 8 pueden participar en la muestra competitiva. Sin embargo, las pel\u00edculas finalizadas antes de 2024 pueden ser inscriptas y participar fuera de la competencia, si son seleccionadas por los curadores.<\/p><p>2.3 \u2013 El uso excesivo de efectos digitales en el ensamblaje, que caracteriza o incluso hace imposible saber si el trabajo se film\u00f3 originalmente en super 8, puede invalidar el registro.<br \/>2.4 \u2013 Para pel\u00edculas que contienen di\u00e1logos, subt\u00edtulos o cualquier contenido de texto en un idioma que no sea el portugu\u00e9s, y cuya comprensi\u00f3n de estos es esencial para entender la pel\u00edcula, se le pedir\u00e1 al director que env\u00ede la lista de subt\u00edtulos en portugu\u00e9s o en uno de los siguientes idiomas : ingl\u00e9s o espa\u00f1ol. La organizaci\u00f3n del Curta 8 solo se compromete a traducir subt\u00edtulos al portugu\u00e9s, si est\u00e1n en otro idioma.<\/p><p>2.5 \u2013 Las pel\u00edculas ser\u00e1n sometidas a la evaluaci\u00f3n de contenido para una posible orientaci\u00f3n por parte del p\u00fablico presente en las sesiones, si el material contiene escenas inapropiadas para ciertos grupos de edad. Tambi\u00e9n se comprobar\u00e1 si las pel\u00edculas cumplen con las condiciones m\u00ednimas establecidas en este reglamento para cada tipo de finalizaci\u00f3n; las pel\u00edculas que no cumplan con estos requisitos no se mostrar\u00e1n.<\/p><p>2.6 \u2013 Despu\u00e9s de que se lleve a cabo el festival, las pel\u00edculas terminadas estar\u00e1n disponibles para regresar a los cineastas presentes en el \u00faltimo d\u00eda del festival. Para los directores que presentan trabajos en pel\u00edcula y que no est\u00e9n presentes en la ceremonia de premiaci\u00f3n, las pel\u00edculas ser\u00e1n devueltas por correo. Las pel\u00edculas realizadas en los talleres de toma \u00fanica no ser\u00e1n devueltas y formar\u00e1n parte de la colecci\u00f3n del Curta 8, sin embargo, la organizaci\u00f3n del festival puede proporcionar una copia de estas pel\u00edculas como un pr\u00e9stamo a los cineastas que quieran digitalizarlas por su cuenta. Las obras enviadas en formato digital no ser\u00e1n devueltas y tambi\u00e9n formar\u00e1n parte de la colecci\u00f3n del festival.<\/p><p>2.7 \u2013 Los formularios de registro est\u00e1n disponibles en el sitio web\u00a0<strong>curta8.com.br<\/strong>, y deben rellenados y enviados por Internet en las fechas especificadas para cada categor\u00eda en el punto 3 de este aviso.<\/p><p>2.8 \u2013 El registro solo se efectuar\u00e1 a la entrega de la pel\u00edcula, ya sea a trav\u00e9s de Internet (para pel\u00edculas terminadas en formato digital), en manos o por servicio postal con registro de env\u00edo (para pel\u00edculas terminadas en pel\u00edcula y para pel\u00edculas realizadas en toma \u00fanica) dentro de los plazos definidos para cada categor\u00eda. Para las pel\u00edculas enviadas a trav\u00e9s del servicio postal, se considerar\u00e1 la fecha de publicaci\u00f3n. En el caso de que sea enviada en una fecha cercana al final del registro, sugerimos el uso del servicio postal expr\u00e9s para evitar demoras en la entrega.<\/p><p><strong>3 \u2013 Categor\u00edas<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>3.1 PEL\u00cdCULA SUPER-8 \u2013 TOMA \u00daNICA (TALLER)<\/strong><\/p><p>3.1.1.\u00a0 Curta 8 promocionar\u00e1 em los dias\u00a0<strong>23 y 24 de mayo de 2026<\/strong>, su taller de cine en super 8, que ser\u00e1 impartido por el director y productor Pedro Merege.<\/p><p>En \u00e9l, los 20 participantes seleccionados tendr\u00e1n todas las instrucciones hist\u00f3ricas y t\u00e9cnicas sobre el super 8, as\u00ed como pautas para el manejo de c\u00e1maras y pel\u00edculas. Despu\u00e9s del taller, a\u00fan podr\u00e1n sacar dudas de forma remota con el instructor del taller. Posteriormente recibir\u00e1n un cartucho de pel\u00edcula super 8 y tendr\u00e1n a su disposici\u00f3n una c\u00e1mara para hacer sus pel\u00edculas. La inscripci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 hasta el\u00a0<strong>18 de mayo de 2026<\/strong>\u00a0exclusivamente a trav\u00e9s del link\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/curta8.com.br\/?page_id=3365\"><strong>https:\/\/curta8.com.br\/inscricoes<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><p>3.1.2. Los guiones\/ideas al taller ser\u00e1n seleccionados por la organizaci\u00f3n del Curta 8, y no pueden tener contenido pol\u00edtico partidista o discriminatorio de cualquier naturaleza (religi\u00f3n, g\u00e9nero, etnia, color, orientaci\u00f3n sexual, discapacidad, clase social y regionalismo).<\/p><p>3.1.3. Tendr\u00e1n prioridade en la selecci\u00f3n de guiones para el taller las pel\u00edculas que incluyan, parcial o totalmente, la ejecuci\u00f3n de la banda sonora y\/o actuaci\u00f3n en directo el d\u00eda de su proyecci\u00f3n en el Festival.<\/p><p>3.1.4. La Edici\u00f3n 2026 del taller de cine 8 tendr\u00e1 tres categor\u00edas de participaci\u00f3n:<\/p><p>a \u2013 Pel\u00edculas de toma \u00fanica tem\u00e1ticas gratuitas (un cartucho por pel\u00edcula). Con 12 pel\u00edculas;<\/p><p>b \u2013 Pel\u00edculas de toma \u00fanica y clips musicales (un cartucho por pel\u00edcula). Con 3 pel\u00edculas;<\/p><p>c \u2013 Pel\u00edculas de toma \u00fanica con tem\u00e1tica shakesperiana (un cartucho por pel\u00edcula). Con 1 pel\u00edcula;<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>c \u2013 Pel\u00edculas Editadas \u2013 tema libre (dos cartuchos). Con 2 pel\u00edculas.<\/p><p>3.1.5. Los participantes recibir\u00e1n la confirmaci\u00f3n por correo electr\u00f3nico, adem\u00e1s de tener sus nombres publicados en el sitio web del festival hasta el\u00a0<strong>21 de mayo de 2026<\/strong>. Despu\u00e9s del taller, los directores tendr\u00e1n aproximadamente cinco semanas para producir sus pel\u00edculas. Cada director debe usar un solo cartucho de pel\u00edcula super 8, que tendr\u00e1 que editarse en la propia c\u00e1mara, en el acto de filmar, permiti\u00e9ndose el uso de cualquier efecto fotogr\u00e1fico manipulado durante la exposici\u00f3n. Sin embargo, la pel\u00edcula no debe ser procesada por el director. Despu\u00e9s de la filmaci\u00f3n, el cartucho y la videoc\u00e1mara deben entregarse en mano o enviarse a la direcci\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n (consulte el elemento 4) antes del <strong>13 de julio de 2026<\/strong>. Despu\u00e9s de recibir el cartucho, la organizaci\u00f3n del Curta 8 ser\u00e1 responsable por su envio al laboratorio y se reserva el derecho de proyectar o no las pel\u00edculas desarrolladas, independientemente de sus resultados (los cineastas registrados) o los invitados aceptan estos t\u00e9rminos ahora y se declaran conscientes de que sus pel\u00edculas se pueden proyectar incluso sin ninguna imagen desarrollada). Reiteramos que la organizaci\u00f3n del Curta 8 es responsable solo por enviar el material filmado a un laboratorio especializado para desarrollar la pel\u00edcula, no responder por errores en la fotometr\u00eda o cualquier otro problema en el manejo de la pel\u00edcula, siendo responsabilidad exclusiva de los participantes. El resultado de las pel\u00edculas siempre es una sorpresa, tanto para el p\u00fablico como para los cineastas, que ven la pel\u00edcula por primera vez durante el festival. La banda sonora de la pel\u00edcula tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 bajo la responsabilidad de los cineastas, quienes podr\u00e1n ensamblar la banda sonora en un CD o MP3 para reproducirla junto con la proyecci\u00f3n, o podr\u00e1n usar funciones de sonido en vivo como voces en off, instrumentos musicales, etc. a discreci\u00f3n de los directores al mostrar. En el caso de tocar instrumentos, la organizaci\u00f3n del festival debe ser consultada con anticipaci\u00f3n para asegurarse de los recursos disponibles, como cables, amplificadores, micr\u00f3fonos, etc.<\/p><p>Vea algunos consejos para hacer la pel\u00edcula en el tutorial de la pesta\u00f1a \u201cFilmando en s\u00faper\u201d del sitio web de Curta 8.<\/p><p><strong>3.2 PEL\u00cdCULA SUPER 8 \u2013 FINALIZADO\/EDITADO<\/strong><\/p><p>3.2.1. En esta categor\u00eda se aceptar\u00e1n inscripciones hasta el\u00a0<strong>13 de julio de 2026<\/strong>\u00a0para pel\u00edculas en super 8 con una duraci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de 15 minutos y que hayan sido posteriormente editadas directamente en pel\u00edcula o digitalmente. En el caso de una pel\u00edcula terminada en pel\u00edcula, el director debe asegurarse de que el montaje est\u00e9 en perfectas condiciones para su exhibici\u00f3n. El festival no se har\u00e1 responsable de los da\u00f1os causados a la pel\u00edcula, siendo responsabilidad del director asegurarse de que las costuras se hayan realizado con el debido cuidado para no tapar las perforaciones. El audio de estas pel\u00edculas puede ser reproducido desde una pista magn\u00e9tica aplicada a la pel\u00edcula, reproduciendo un CD o MP3 durante la proyecci\u00f3n, o sonido en vivo con doblaje y\/o ejecuci\u00f3n de instrumentos musicales. En el caso de tocar instrumentos, se debe consultar previamente a la organizaci\u00f3n del festival para asegurarse de los recursos disponibles, como cables, amplificadores, micr\u00f3fonos, etc. Las obras terminadas en pel\u00edcula deber\u00e1n ser enviadas por correo urgente a la direcci\u00f3n del festival (ver punto 4), con fecha de recepci\u00f3n hasta el\u00a0<strong>27 de julio de 2026<\/strong>.<\/p><p>En el caso de pel\u00edculas en las que el director haya digitalizado el material originalmente filmado en super 8, solo se aceptar\u00e1n archivos en formato .mov o .mp4, c\u00f3dec H264, NTSC, con un tama\u00f1o m\u00e1ximo de 20 GB. El director debe proporcionar el enlace para verlo con la descarga lanzada en YouTube, Vimeo o una plataforma similar, con o sin contrase\u00f1a de acceso exclusivo, en el campo correspondiente del formulario de registro, con el env\u00edo del material por el servicio postal convencional no aceptado. Es responsabilidad del director asegurarse de que la copia del trabajo est\u00e9 en perfectas condiciones y no presente problemas de ejecuci\u00f3n en reproductores de medios digitales convencionales. El uso excesivo de efectos digitales en el montaje, que caracteriza incorrectamente o incluso hace imposible saber si el trabajo se film\u00f3 originalmente en super 8, puede invalidar el registro.<\/p><p>3.2.2. Las pel\u00edculas no pueden tener contenido pol\u00edtico partidista o discriminatorio de cualquier naturaleza (religi\u00f3n, g\u00e9nero, etnia, color, orientaci\u00f3n sexual, discapacidad, clase social y regionalismo).<\/p><p><strong>4 \u2013 Env\u00edo<\/strong><\/p><p>4.1- Para las pel\u00edculas finalizadas, al completar el formulario de registro disponible en l\u00ednea en\u00a0<strong>curta8.com.br<\/strong>, la copia de la pel\u00edcula se env\u00eda exclusivamente a trav\u00e9s de una indicaci\u00f3n, en el campo apropiado, con un enlace para ver con descarga publicada en la plataforma escriba Youtube, Vimeo o similar, con o sin contrase\u00f1a de acceso exclusivo;<br \/>4.2- Para las pel\u00edculas de Toma \u00danica o Finalizadas\/Editadas en Pel\u00edcula, despu\u00e9s de completar el registro a trav\u00e9s del sitio web curta8.com.br, las pel\u00edculas deben enviarse a la siguiente direcci\u00f3n:<\/p><p><strong>Curta 8 \u2013 Festival Internacional de Cine Super-8<br \/>(A\/C Antonio Carlos Domingues)<br \/>Rua Mato Grosso, 80 \u2013 Ap. 801<br \/>Barrio: \u00c1gua Verde<br \/>Curitiba-PR \/ Brasil<br \/>CEP: 80.620-070<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>5 \u2013 El jurado<\/strong><\/p><p>5.1- El Jurado Oficial estar\u00e1 compuesto por 3 (tres) profesionales que trabajan en diferentes \u00e1reas del cine, sin participaci\u00f3n en la organizaci\u00f3n del festival tampoco en pel\u00edculas participantes de la competencia.<\/p><p><strong>6 \u2013 Los premios<\/strong><\/p><p>6.1- El \u201cCurta 8 \u2013 Curitiba International Film Festival Super-8\u201d otorgar\u00e1 trofeos a los ganadores en 8 (ocho) categor\u00edas:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Super Premio \u2013 T\u00e9cnico<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Super Premio \u2013 Art\u00edstico<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Super Premio \u2013 Sorpresa<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Super Movie \u2013 Terminado<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Super Pel\u00edcula \u2013 Toma \u00danica<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Super Pel\u00edcula \u2013 Jurado Popular<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Super Pel\u00edcula \u2013 del Festival<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Trofeo Super Schip<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>6.2 El\u00a0<strong>Super Premio \u2013 T\u00e9cnico<\/strong>\u00a0es otorgado por el jurado oficial y se entregar\u00e1 a la pel\u00edcula m\u00e1s terminada teniendo en cuenta la fotograf\u00eda, la iluminaci\u00f3n, la edici\u00f3n y el acabado.<\/p><p>6.3 El\u00a0<strong>Super Premio \u2013 Art\u00edstico<\/strong>\u00a0es otorgado por el jurado oficial y se entregar\u00e1 a la pel\u00edcula mejor concebida en t\u00e9rminos de arte (actuaci\u00f3n, escenograf\u00eda, vestuario, maquillaje, etc.).<\/p><p>6.4 El\u00a0<strong>Super Premio \u2013 Sorpresa<\/strong>\u00a0es otorgado por la organizaci\u00f3n del festival, a su discreci\u00f3n, a una pel\u00edcula que se ha destacado por alguna caracter\u00edstica especial, el tema o su originalidad.<\/p><p>6.5 El\u00a0<strong>Super Pel\u00edcula \u2013 Terminado<\/strong>\u00a0es otorgado por el jurado oficial a la mejor pel\u00edcula, en cine o digital, que se ha editado despu\u00e9s de su filmaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>6.6 El\u00a0<strong>Super Pel\u00edcula \u2013 Toma \u00danica<\/strong>\u00a0es otorgado por el jurado oficial y se otorgar\u00e1 a la pel\u00edcula m\u00e1s destacada entre los participantes en los espect\u00e1culos competitivos en esta categor\u00eda.<\/p><p>6.7 El Premio\u00a0<strong>S\u00faper Pel\u00edcula \u2013 Jurado Popular<\/strong>\u00a0es otorgado por el p\u00fablico mediante votaci\u00f3n al final de cada sesi\u00f3n y se otorgar\u00e1 a la pel\u00edcula de los espect\u00e1culos competitivos con el mejor desempe\u00f1o en la evaluaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p><p>6.8 El Premio\u00a0<strong>S\u00faper Pel\u00edcula \u2013 del Festival<\/strong>\u00a0es otorgado por el jurado oficial y se otorgar\u00e1 a la pel\u00edcula m\u00e1s destacada entre todas las pel\u00edculas que participan en los espect\u00e1culos competitivos.<br \/>6.9 El\u00a0<strong>Trofeo Super Schip<\/strong>\u00a0es un homenaje al legado de Leandro Bossy Schip, creador del Curta 8. El organizador del festival otorga el trofeo a un director cuya trayectoria y trabajo en super 8 muestran el alma y la versatilidad del Formato.<\/p><p>6.10 Adem\u00e1s de los trofeos, se pueden ofrecer premios adicionales a los ganadores en algunas de las categor\u00edas mencionadas anteriormente, siendo estos premios responsabilidad de los socios del festival.<\/p><p><strong>7 \u2013 El evento<\/strong><\/p><p>7.1- El \u201cCurta 8 \u2013 Festival Internacional de Cine Super-8 de Curitiba\u201d, este a\u00f1o en su 21\u00aa edici\u00f3n, cuenta con la coordinaci\u00f3n general de Antonio Carlos Domingues y la realizaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>PERFIL comunicaci\u00f3n y cultura<\/strong>, con producci\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong>Proceso MultiArtes<\/strong>\u00a0(Adriano Esturilho), curaci\u00f3n de F\u00e1bio Allon, proyectada por Lucas Vega y taller realizado por Pedro Merege. El festival tendr\u00e1 lugar entre el\u00a0<strong>10\u00a0 y 13 de septiembro de 2026<\/strong>, en Curitiba\/PR, Brasil.<\/p><p>7.2- Todas las actividades del festival (exposiciones, talleres, talleres y masterclasses) tienen entrada gratuita y est\u00e1n abiertas al p\u00fablico en general.<\/p><p><strong>8 \u2013 Divulgaci\u00f3n y\u00a0Derechos de Autor<\/strong><\/p><p>8.1- Los directores, al aceptar los t\u00e9rminos de este reglamento y despu\u00e9s de registrarse o ser seleccionados por los curadores, autorizan a la organizaci\u00f3n del Curta 8 a utilizar, sin cargo, el contenido de las im\u00e1genes y el sonido de las pel\u00edculas, en parte o en su totalidad, con el fin de publicitar el evento en cualquier medio inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de seleccionarlos, as\u00ed como en exposiciones retrospectivas organizadas por Curta 8.<\/p><p>8.2- La Organizaci\u00f3n de CURTA 8, patrocinadores y simpatizantes del festival declinan cualquier responsabilidad y\/o derecho de autor sobre las obras exhibidas en el Festival, as\u00ed como sobre la m\u00fasica utilizada, entendi\u00e9ndose que en el acto de inscripci\u00f3n, los responsables de las obras\/pel\u00edculas tienen todos los derechos sobre el mismo.
